How do I pay?

We're only accepting payments via bank deposit/direct credit at this time.

To ensure your account remains in good standing, we recommend setting up an automatic payment for a seamless experience.

For payments, please transfer funds to the account designated to your area:

How can I get a statement of my account?

Email billing@wificonnect.co.nz or use our contact form and we will arrange to send out a statement.

Are there any extra costs?

Rural Wireless antenna install & router

Extra charges may apply for non-standard installations. We will inform you prior to any work done.
Please note: WiFiConnect Ltd remains the owner of the radio unit inside the antenna box.

Charged when your service is suspended due to an overdue account.
