Price and speed increase

To all our existing fixed wireless customers,

The price for your internet service will increase on 1 April 2024.

We want to assure you that it wasn't a decision we took lightly and we are conscious this is a tough time for many households who are dealing with rising costs across the board.

Over the last year we've experienced a significant increase in the costs associated with equipment and supplies required to maintain and deliver our fixed wireless services. Unfortunately, these rising costs have reached a point where we must make adjustments to your price.

Starting 1 April 2024

- The Basic plan will increase to $59/month (was $50)
- The Advanced plan will increase to $85/month (was $80)

That's not all. We're thrilled to announce speed increases across the board, for all our internet service plans. We believe these upgrades will greatly enhance your experience online and we're confident that the value you receive will balance the increase in cost.

Starting 1 April 2024

- The Basic speed will increase to 10-15mbps (was 5-10mbps)
- The Advanced speed will increase to 15-25mbps (was 10-20mbps)

We want you to know that we're incredibly grateful to have you as a customer and we appreciate your continued business with WiFiConnect Ltd.

If you need help, reach out and we'll work something out together. The new pricing will be applied automatically and will be reflected in your invoices from 1 April 2024 onwards.

Do I need to update my automatic payment?
Yes, you will need to update the automatic payment you set up with your bank. Make sure to do this before 1 April 2024 so your account does not fall into arrears.

Is the price for my 2talk landline changing too?
No, your 2talk account is managed and billed directly via 2talk.
