Moving house?

Our lead time for wireless relocations is up to 2 weeks as our technicians have to schedule around weekday availability, weather conditions (for health and safety) and distance of travel. Please give at least 2 weeks notice to ensure we can do the work required before you vacate.

Fibre relocations are straightforward if the new address is already setup for fibre (i.e. has a Chorus fibre box).
If the new address isn't setup for fibre, our lead time for fibre installs depends on Chorus and varies greatly by location.
