We’re excited to let you know about an important change to your WiFiConnect invoices, one that will make your billing insights more transparent, and easier to follow.
What’s Changing?
Up until now, invoices were issued individually and did not show a running balance of your account. This means with each new invoice there was little visibility of payments made and amounts still owing. That’s why we’re introducing running balance invoices.
Running balance invoices mean each new invoice will pick up exactly where the previous one left off. Your invoices will now show a continuous timeline of balances carried over, payments made, new charges, and any credits applied. This change brings a more seamless, structured view of your account, and makes it easier for you to keep track of what’s due, what’s been paid, and where your balance stands without having to request an account statement.
What to Expect
- Invoices will reflect a continuous billing period.
- Any existing credit or outstanding balance will carry through to the next invoice.
- You’ll have a clearer understanding of your billing history and account status.
- No action required on your end - your plan, price, and payment methods remain completely unchanged.
Need Help Reading Your Bill?
To make the transition even smoother, we’ve put together a How to Read Your Bill guide. It walks you through each section of your invoice so you know exactly what everything means.
You can also download a PDF version of this guide for easy reference anytime.
