Rest assured, we will work closely with Chorus to complete the installation as soon as possible.
No, we will not disconnect your wireless broadband until your new fibre service is live and running smoothly.
You will enjoy uninterrupted connectivity during the transition.
Fibre availability depends on Chorus infrastructure. If your location is not eligible, you will be informed during the upgrade process.
Unfortunately, we can not proceed with a fibre upgrade if Chorus does not service your area.
